that vegan chicken stock is my life i use it all the time to marinade tofu to taste like chicken and fry it. I could use just that for the seitan that would be enogh for me looks amazing 👏

I love this! I’m always making Caesar salad with quorn nugs or other veggie nugs but I’m conscious it’s super unhealthy. I’ve never known what to do with Seitan but I’ll be getting some on my next weekly shop. Thank you so much!

The concept of chop :
I do think the term “processed” is hurting vegan business. Vegan food often link with healthy eating and “processed” is the opposite in healthy food marketing. But doesn’t mean some of these vegan food that has more ingredients unhealthy. People who are new to faux meat will also think your setain is processed because vital wheat gluten is not a normal ingredient. I think there are other ways to say it such as “simple ingredients” “non-artificial”

Another thing from me... I struggle a lot with food texture (neurodivergent) so that puts me off trying new things... Seitan seems like it's safe though? Could you describe the texture?
