3 days actually isn’t bad the 2nd day you not hungry or hunger pains disappear but if it’s spiritual the Bible and gospel music and pray will sustain you.

Every time you get hungry read a scripture or listen to gospel or a sermon. The way my stomach felt like it was eating itself after that first day I said lord you sure😂

true. I did a thirty day fast. I was fine inbetween the fast but at the beginning and towards the end I was fighting my flesh.
