what exactly was the driver fleeing from? I'm assuming it was something serious bc, at least in my state, attempting a pit at the speed the driver was going is comparable to using d e a d ly force. Not to mention the fact that he literally pushed the car into a line of trees, which had he waited 10 more ft wouldn't have been there. He literally unalived this 18yr old kid, bc yes he was pronounced at the hospital, for what? a traffic ticket? Not saying the kid should have fled but he had the license plate so its not as if he wouldn't be able to locate the car later& before anyone says something about the cop needing to stop this car b4 it crashes...the kid wasn't driving recklessly BEFORE the pursuit so why would the cop think he'd suddenly start driving crazy if he terminated the chase?
