Contact support: if it has been purchased less than 2 years ago, they might replace it for free if the battery is damaged etc. in Finland where I am from, they did.

I feel the saaaame! Long term commitment, and same as you after 3 years no more battery. Until it disconnected completely. Customer service told me the hardware was damaged and had to buy another. I MEAN!!! I was so happy with the ring, but after 3 years having to buy a brand new AND paying a MEMBERSHIP??? No. Buying a Ultrahuman 😂😏
