We always love on her and tell her we'll be back. I prefer to put her in her crate and I think she prefers that. I think she gets anxious if she's out and she looks for tissues. It's the only thing she will tear up.

You can teach them how to stay alone - start with minutes and builds up. I d only leave my baby max 4-5hs alone and always leave her toys, snacks hidden..
