Receding gums are often caused by to much pressure when using toothbrush, not properly applying floss, teeth clenched and since you mention pregnancy, pregnancies it self doesn’t exactly cause gum receding, it’s more like morning sickness and the acidic from the vomit and not properly cleaning the teeth

I would say this, do research before you just start putting things in your mouth, especially from tiktok. A product comes out and everybody jumps on the bandwagon to try to sell it.😏
