Just to state the obvious If you have excellent shoulder mobility, healthy joints, and strict form, it can be okay. If you’ve ever had shoulder issues (impingement, rotator cuff, mobility limits) just nah A safer alternative is the front overhead press or dumbbell press, which trains the same muscles with less risk. In my opinion 😂and many years of experience with Olympic Weightlifting (Not Crossfit)
