How did you purchase this? Their website says you have to sit with a cake consultant, and if your budget is under $500 to just try their cupcake flavors.

I've gone to some bakeries that dye red velvet cake with beet juice in lieu of food dye, though it absolutely changes the flavor a bit

Birdee’s brigadeiro cake surprised me and is probably my favorite. Also don’t be afraid to try out petit chou, their cakes are quite special
