I’ve always ran gravity fed. I do a spin on filter housing with a filter/water separator.

I have the almost the same set up. 91 gallon rds. Mine will over flow if I leave the valve open to long. I was going to make a video of how I did the valve setup to remedy the issue.

You should have it on an electric switch. That way, you can just watch your fuel level increase on your gauge.

I have gravity with normally closed 12v valve controlled in cab while watching fuel gauge never had over flow problem switch also closes when ignition is off

i have a 100 gallon L shape with a tool box auxiliary tank in a 2019 2500 ram. my pivot valve is always open and i dont have any overflowing or other issues with mine.
