Old Navy and Athleta both have great activewear. This fabric is super soft, sizes up to a 4x, on sale for 15 bucks for Labor Day and extra high waisted for the tum tum 🥰

Believe it ot not - Walmart’s Terra and Skye have great leggings with pockets and bike shorts. And VERY inexpensive but great material and hold up.
