@lothedad: What’s your favorite kind of taco?🧑🏻‍🍳🔥 RECIPE ⬇️ Carne Asada Tacos 🌮 🍋‍🟩🌶️🥑 ⁃ 2 lbs of flank or skirt steak ⁃ 1/2 cup chopped cilantro ⁃ 2 lime ⁃ 1 orange ⁃ 1 clove of garlic ⁃ 2 tbsp soy sauce ⁃ Olive oil ⁃ Seasoning of your choice (we used Kinders fajita blend) For the marinade, combine chopped cilantro, lime zest, orange zest, grated garlic, soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, and season to taste. Pour the marinade over steaks along with some olive oil. Allow to rest in the fridge for at least one hour. After the steaks have marinated, heat a pan to medium-high heat and sear on both sides. (The internal temp should be 135°F) Slice the steak and serve. Guacamole🥑🧅🍋‍🟩 ⁃ 4 avocados ⁃ 1/2 cup of cilantro ⁃ 1/4 cup on diced red onion (~1/2 a large red onion or 1 small red onion) ⁃ 1-2 diced serrano (can also use jalapeño) ⁃ 1-2 limes ⁃ Salt, pepper, and garlic powder Combine mashed avocado, cilantro, and red onion. Add in diced serranos (1-2 depending on how spicy you want it,) along with lime juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Serve. #tacos #cookwithme #DinnerIdeas #chef #food
