this was 2 weeks post C-section vs 1 month post C-section. I'd say it didn't fully heal until 3 months but even close to a year to feel fully strengthened.

well I was 155 the day I gave birth and my obgyn triple checked the scale at my 6th week appointment because I was 155 honestly she was shocked.

Thank you for posting a realistic postpartum. I’m 4 days postpartum and still look pregnant! And did after my first too. It’s going down but was always disheartened by seeing so many “bounce back” videos of women with abs after a week haha you’re looking great! Thanks again for posting ❤️

Took 3 weeks for me to feel like I could move and go about my day without any discomfort. 3 months to feel like myself and fit into my pre baby clothes again. I was golfing at 6w1d post c section 🙂

Thats crazy, were u breastfeeding?? I feel like mine deflated after 5 days back to normal in about a week. Also heard that Breastfeeding shrinks the uterus a lot quicker. You look amazing though!
