I recently learned about non-contact SA, and it’s the most bewildering thing. You can’t prove anything, you can’t convince anyone certain situations were weird, you can’t express how scary or weird things made you feel. It’s frustrating.

You would be totally justified if you chose to cut contact. Good dads do not treat their daughters like this. Point blank period, a good dad/man would be absolutely horrified hearing all of this. It’s normal to still have love for someone who raised you, it’s complex emotions. But from what you’ve shared he doesn’t sound like a safe person to be around.
