I shop both. I think Coach is having an iconic moment in time and nothing can take that away. Coach Outlet is fun and most of my favorite bags are from the outlet. I can appreciate them both separately tbh.

Both high quality to me! However retail has better finishes hardware and linings to me! I buy whichever bag I like whether from retail or the outlet 🤷🏽♀️

I think it depends on what you are buying. The outlet sells alot of stuff that is sometimes even better than the retail. The Rowan bag in my opinion is worth way more than they are selling it for.

for me, I dont see a difference between outlet and retail. (my friend does retail, i like outlet because of the styles) whichever way you go, theyre still high quality items. (I will say I have my eye on that big bag that just came out in olive, but I want it in merlot)

Having bags from both, they’ve held up equally well. However I do like the experience of shopping at the outlet over the retail stores. I’ve never had a good experience at the retail locations for some reason which is disappointing as im spending a pretty penny for my retail bags 🫤🤷🏻♀️

I don’t think the Outlet is cheapening the brand at all. I love that Coach has a more affordable and accessible branch of their brand. From experience I don’t think the quality is “worse.” I can tell a few differences but if you like the bag and it’s in your price range, then get the bag 😄. I do own more pieces from Retail because I personally like their styles more than the Outlet. But that doesn’t diminish the Outlet in my mind
