Perhaps but having no retreats doesn’t mean you wouldn’t change anything it means you’ve come to terms with the choices u made and have decided to change your ways or come to peace with them either way it doesn’t mean u haven’t learnt or grown don’t force yourself to have retreats because u think that makes u a good person you’re always a good person if u show up and try your best and keep going even when ure unsure even when you’re scared it’s ok to not know or to make mistakes it’s never ok to give up and stop opening up but that doesn’t mean u can’t try again

I think we should strive to not have regrets…while not harming, injuring, affecting anyone negatively. Seize every opportunity to be the best son, daughter, the best mom or dad and the best friend etc.
