I think from memory though grapefruit has a lot of negative effects on people who have diabetes and their medication!! so probably make to talk to your doctor!

Hi, I’m wondering if you ever did grapefruit juice? I’m considering adding grapefruit juice as a salad dressing along with olive oil to start my meals with a high fibre intake? There is research that suggests having bitter compounds before a meal would activate digestive enzymes. So I thought a salad with rocket and broccoli dressed with grapefruit juice would be a great start to meals.
