I love the way you explained this. And I could pinch myself for not thinking about sprints since I work in tech and we practice Agile. Our sprints are 2 weeks long, but our goals are for the quarter. The best thing about Agile is it’s okay to fail fast and course-correct if something isn’t working for you. The whole point is to find the best way to get that work done. I’ve been struggling with the trust in myself with staying consistent, so maybe I’ll implement Agile in my personal life for the Great Lock-in 🫶🏽👏🏽
