On a group trip and I made it a point to tell everyone we don’t have to spend all day together if you want to go off on you’re own please do because this is your vacation too. Let’s just do an activity here and there if it works for everyone, it seems to be working.

This is why you have to get a a seperate room in the Airbnb or hotel room so there is some down time for yourself during group trips.

I have RULES when I group travel. I need 1 hour to drink my coffee in peace, if you drink yours quietly too you can sit with me, if not, go away. I will not participate in every planned activity b/c I require free will time and rest time. I must have my own room and own bathroom (HAPPY to pay more or stay near) I’m super upfront! I have REAL friends and they all truly respect out my boundaries and I respect theirs.
