I use Physicians Choice for pre/post/pro biotics and have been for years. My GI doc and nutritionist told me about them. They’re great. Haven’t tried the other products however.

Soooooo I bought these from Walmart.. they haven’t stopped my bloating BUT they do help with stomach pains and going to the bathroom often. However I’ve only been taking if for a week so let’s see what happens after 30 days

I have been taking these for over 4 months and it has truly eliminated my post-meal bloated now, my skin is clearer and I used to go barely once a week and now I’m going 3 times a week now. I take these religiously now. I went on a trip and forgot them at home and my gut was not happy with me so I make sure to take some in a pill holder with me whenever I’m away from home!
