Fresh tuna, creamy Kewpie, sriracha kick, and that yolk bomb 💣🐟🍚🔥 INGREDIENTS (1 serving): - 1 cup cooked jasmine rice - 8 oz frozen ahi tuna (≈ $3.56) - 2 scallions, chopped - 1 egg - 1 Tbsp Kewpie mayo - 1–2 tsp sriracha - 1 tsp soy sauce (opt) - ½ tsp sesame oil (opt) - 1 tsp olive oil (for searing) - Everything bagel seasoning / sesame seeds - Drizzle Yum Yum sauce - Tony’s (or fav seasoning) - 🥒 cucumber salad (see vid 👈) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cook rice until fluffy. ( 2 cups jasmine rice→3 cups water→tbsp oil→bake@370 45min) 2. Chop scallions + fry egg sunny-side. 3. Season tuna, quick sear both sides (rare inside). 4. Dice tuna, mix w/ Kewpie + sriracha (+ soy/sesame). 5. Build: rice → tuna → scallions → 🥒 cucumber salad → seeds → Yum Yum drizzle → egg. 6.
