Well if someone owns it, they have to deal with it. don't matter if they thought it was ok. Property owner has the right to do anything they wants to. The other property owners must of done something to start this.

The easment has to be on his deed, not just theres. Im sure he got it looked at. People dont usually take a lawsuit on without believing they are legally right ??

Easement has to be re-sign for at each sale so the homeowner can’t just sell it with an easement whoever’s property that is has to sign off on the easement each time the property is sold

Easement is legal they have the right to access it . If it was in the contract when they bought the land they need to sue the guy ..

It does not matter if your deed says it has an easement (selling point). it only matters if the deed for the otheproperty Has an easement written in.

Both properties must have the recorded easement/right of way. Not just one. It must have been a mutual agreed upon easement at some point. Secondly, an easement is not a right unless the one property has absolutely no other way in our out. At his point an easement can be upheld by a court as necessary for ingress and egress only to prevent one property from being landlocked.
