guy i used to be friends with bought me around 170+ skins in League, spend around 250€ on Warframe for me, bought me a few games on steam and was ready to buy me anything from Riot Merch. no matter how often i that i didnt like him like that and that money wont buy me, he never stopped. claimed he just wants me to be happy, he doesnt expext anything in return (i did buy him a skin here and there). he crashed out when i started talking to a diff guy and dated said guy. this all happened in the span of 3 months too😃 he moved on to my "best friend" after that and she was very materialistic. he blew through his savings entirely. she did the same to her boyfriend. bf blew through 20k€ for her. just for her to cheat LMAO
