So if the officer is driving down a random block and someone is getting in their car he thinks he can just stop them to check their license to make sure they're valid 🤣🤣

guilty until proven innocent is NOT the law. Lying manipulative cops need to be fired and barred from EVER working in LE again. If they can't be trusted to speak truth.....they damned sure can't be trusted with authority over others !
