A lot of MEs are the Sheriff in a lot of states in counties! Zero medical training yet telling us how someone passed and pressing charges that change entire lives! My county went from having a “non medical” county coroner to a nurse with a forensic degree 🙌🏽 We did that 💪🏽 Previous was in seat 20+ years!
