to all the people saying it's a breathing problem.. cats don't behave like cats unless raised around other cats. if they are raised around dogs, they act like dogs 😂 That cat is perfectly fine.

This is Heffe, he was also raised around dogs. Up until recently (he's very old), he would play fetch, sit pretty, give paw, and roll over.
