เข้าร่วมการประชุม Business Programme ในหัวข้อ “AI in Music: Algorithms, Authorship, and New Rules in the Industry” เมื่อวันที่ 25 กันยายน 2569 ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประชุม XII St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum 2026 ณ นครเซนต์ปีเตอร์สเบิร์ก สหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย ในการประชุม รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมได้กล่าวถึงโอกาสที่ AI จะเข้ามาสนับสนุนความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การผลิตดนตรี ตลอดจนการอนุรักษ์และจัดทำมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมให้อยู่ในรูปแบบดิจิทัล ขณะเดียวกัน ยังมีความท้าทายใหม่เกี่ยวกับความเป็นเจ้าของผลงาน ลิขสิทธิ์ ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และการคุ้มครองการแสดงออกทางวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิม พร้อมกันนี้ ได้กล่าวถึงประสบการณ์ของประเทศไทยในการประสานความร่วมมือระหว่าง กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา แพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในทางปฏิบัติ รวมถึงการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลดิจิทัลและฐานข้อมูลเสียงด้านดนตรีและศิลปะการแสดงของไทย โดยย้ำว่า ประเทศไทยไม่ได้มีเป้าหมายที่จะเลือกระหว่างเทคโนโลยีกับขนบธรรมเนียม แต่ต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างรับผิดชอบ เพื่อปกป้องมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม เคารพสิทธิของผู้สร้างสรรค์ และสร้างโอกาสใหม่ ๆ ให้แก่ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ Attended the Business Programme on “AI in Music: Algorithms, Authorship, and New Rules in the Industry” on 25 September 2026, held as part of the XII St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum 2026 in St. Petersburg. During the discussion, Minister Sabeeda highlighted the opportunities AI offers for creativity, music production, and the preservation and digitisation of cultural heritage, while noting emerging challenges related to authorship, copyright, intellectual property, and traditional cultural expressions. Sharing Thailand’s experience, she highlighted cooperation among the Ministry of Culture, the Department of Intellectual Property, digital platforms, and other stakeholders to develop practical solutions and strengthen digital and audio databases of Thai music and performing arts. She emphasised that Thailand’s goal is not to choose between technology and tradition, but to use technology responsibly to protect cultural heritage, respect creators, and create new opportunities for creativity.
