So this ex-employee won a moral victory for herself but no compensation. The employer went bust and lost everything. The other employees lost their jobs in the depth of winter. Sounds like a disaster to me 🤨

Wow! So I could have sued my ex employer also then?! When I was young I also worked in a similar situation where he insisted on having the door open for this same reason! One day when I had a cold and felt like crap, I kept my scarf on but he immediately told me to remove it! For reference we could not wear coats/ jackets etc and had to wear a white ‘coat’ over our normal indoor clothes. Which if you know is like apron material.

I used to have to do a stock take in a deep freeze when I was 16 that’s a supermarket every Saturday morning I would be a bloody millionaire but it’s too much too late now I worked there for years
