This radical, roofless, and windscreen-less car features a carbon-fiber body and is powered by a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 engine from AMG, producing 650 horsepower. This power, combined with a significant weight reduction of over 400 pounds compared to the standard SLR, allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in about three seconds and reach a top speed of 217 mph. The design is a modern homage to the classic 300 SLR race car.
