Hes is the ruler of the oldest civilization in the elden ring world. In some versions of the statue he is holding a tablet with the bablyonian map of the world. through different versions of the statue you can see he abandon his original ideology after the discovery of the crucible, seen by the slow addition of roots on his statues and contents of the tablet he is holding changing.
