the only full classless society would be a communist one. no country on earth ever said they reached that far, only "socialism". yes, privileged classes appeared in every "communist" country, but yes, the wealth, education, health etc were far largely distributed.

So it’s the same performative nonsense of the western political economy. You just get healthcare, education, literacy comprehension increases, industrial development, infrastructure investment, and a stable pension. Yeah sounds fine to me over the “democracy”(trademark) I currently have in the USA.

The point he’s making is that inequality can also exist in communism, a political philosophy which people claim will solve inequality. Obviously inequality exists under capitalism, but it can absolutely exist under communism too, and it always has.

The reason is corruption, not politics. There are corrupt people in both China and USA. China is dealing with it, USA is ignoring it. Nearly all people in Congress take donations/bribes from lobbies such as AIPAC. In China you’d get fired no matter how high your position.

Socialism does not create new elite classes, it simply creates a worker representative which in ussr case was the cpsu. Also the ussr had democracy, not in the western sense, they also provide free essentials and workers control over resources
