@libas.as.saliheen: Let’s be honest: sometimes we see a Sunnah and think it’s too much effort, or not worth paying attention to. But here’s a Sunnah so simple, it literally requires you to just turn an inch or two more when giving salām. No excuse to leave it off! That’s why in this Sunnah Series, we aim to bring back small and easy-to-implement Sunan that carry immense reward. 📖 The Hadith: كُنْتُ أَرَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ “I used to see the Messenger of Allah ﷺ end his prayer by giving salām to his right and to his left, until the whiteness of his cheek could be seen.” 📝 Explanation: Imām al-Shawkānī رحمه الله explained that we should emphasise the turning to the right and left when giving taslīm. 💡 Next time you finish your prayer, make your taslīm clear and noticeable, just like the Prophet ﷺ. And do you want to be THE BEST MUSLIM? Amīr al-Mu’minīn fī al-Ḥadīth Imām al-Bukhārī said: “The best Muslim is the one who revives a forgotten Sunnah.” [الآداب آل طالب الحديث ٣١٤] 📩 Share this with others and gain the reward for spreading the Sunnah.
