When they played Dan's last voicemail to Wendi in court is when I realized SHE was the abusive one. He was so kind and then she followed up with mean texts for no reason.

Not that I don’t want Harvey to go down, I’d rather Wendy go down first! She is diabolical and I really hope the Markel’s get to have a relationship with their grandsons… so sad how much time they have already lost.

Also, Tamara, who was probably Dan’s closest friend in Tallahassee and was good friends with Wendi too said that Wendi NEVER called her to tell her that Dan had been shot and was in the hospital, expected to die. Tamara heard about the shooting the next day and immediately went to Wendi’s house, knowing something was so off. I’m in awe of Tamara’s intuition and courage.

The fact that Donna didn’t let Dams parents see the boys, tells everything- it’s like when Wendi didn’t take them to funeral and changed their last name. Like that’s what gives it away that she had Dan killed

She hated him. According to a thread on reddit, he was the star. He got a job offer from Miami and they wouldn't even create a position for her. They didn't want her, only him. I think he was her "competition" (in her mind). I think she thought she deserved to be the smarter and more accomplished one. And her jealousy and envy turned to pure hatred ... and she wanted him eliminated.

The dumbest thing about this whole thing is that Wendy didn’t have the foresight to trick Dan into moving to Miami before the divorce. Isn’t she a lawyer and didn’t she know anything about family law and your ability to move?

Harvey’s not next because they have zero evidence (as far as we know) on Harvey. But on Wendi, there’s the out of the way liquor store and driving by the crime scene but not asking questions, not calling to check in, the getting the ex boyfriend to watch the broken tv, asking the ex about his schedule, etc. She was integral to the plot and they at least have circumstantial evidence.
