Es Adana Kebab, un plato tradicional turco.  El Adana Kebab es una brocheta larga de carne picada (tradicionalmente de cordero o ternera) sazonada con especias como pimentón y hojuelas de chile picante, asada al carbón.  Se sirve comúnmente en un plato con arroz y ensalada, o envuelto en lavash turco con una ensalada de cebolla roja y perejil con zumaque.  El nombre proviene de la ciudad turca de Adana, donde se originó el plato.  A diferencia de otros kebabs, el Adana Kebab se distingue por su mezcla de especias, que le confieren un sabor aromático y picante.
