Help!! My betta just swaddles across the floor and only goes up for air and sometimes just stays at a spot for a while. His fins were pretty when I bought him, now they are nipped a bit.

so like what do i do if i can’t set up a hospital tank.. my betta isn’t doing very well. i added tannins to the water and turned the heater up im not sure what more i can do 😕 someone help i fasted her today, will try again tomorrow. i hope that helps her 😓
