You spend your childhood wishing you were older and now I would give anything to go back and tell 10 year old me to enjoy the freedom, to enjoy spending time with your family and not to waste any time on those who never deserved us in the first place. Turning 50 next year and I need to find that inner carefree child again cos being an adult has started to become boring!

it's always the simple things in life that still make me smile and laugh 👍. Being at the beach this year with our boy and just enjoying being in the sea with him was a carefree joy although still as a parent you have to reign in their over confidence lol . We even built a castle and huge moat in the sand trying to stop the water coming in with a sand barrier . Not sure who was having more fun ....me or my son lol. Think my wife knows I'm just a big kid at heart lol 🤣🤣👍

I said goodbye to my Dad yesterday and I was fine .then I see this and remembered my dad fishing on the beach and me playing in the surf now I'm in bit's. in a good way😢😌
