I used to go there on a missile tracking vessel back in the late 80s. We needed to get fuel and all they had was aviation gas to put into our bunker tanks. So they had to add oil to the fuel oil tank so there would be some lubrication in the fuel oil to help the pumps that pump the fuel while operate properly.
