as a sweet treat you can make zucchini bread you can add cocoa or different fruits! it always comes out so moist...also it's a great vegetable to add to stir fry if any kind make some sauce serve over rice or quinoa...nice and hearty you can make it savory, spicy how ever you want ❤️breaded fried zucchini, the possibilities are endless

You can also process them to a puree with mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic and add them to your marinara sauce for an extra veggie sauce.
