you can appeal even if you pleated guilty you can appeal for lesser sanction or procedure was not followed.... how can I not plead guilty hence you inform the employer your intending to plead guilty

And also ask for changes on the charge sheet to also talk to the sanction you asking for, cz you can't ask for a less sentencing whereas the charge sheet is left with all the gross misconduct on it.
