Because when humans share a nature, it’s divided into billions of separate persons. But in God, the divine nature is indivisible. The Father doesn’t have a piece of God and the Spirit another piece they each fully possess the exact same one essence. That’s why two brothers are two beings but the Father and the son and the Holy Spirit are one God.

the example of the true man from true man results in both men being divided by their substance or being. God isn’t divided by His substance/being. Jesus is eternally begotten meaning He is generated from the Father which is why the Creed says “God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God”. We accept the three persons in the trinity are all united in one essence. The Father eternally generates the Son, the Son is eternally begotten, the Holy Spirit proceeds from both the Father and Son.
