Argued my reassessment. Did all my research to plead my case. Tyler T didn’t know 🙄 my house is “Nanticoke” build - they dropped it $15k BUT ITS STILL WAY TOO HIGH. Sussex cty. Argued again for 2nd plea and they called at time I didn’t agree to and I missed the call. No recourse

When I met with the county I said ide sell all of our properties immediately for what Tyler stated they were worth. In my opinion if I listed them for what Tyler stated I should absolutely get that number but if I do not Tyler should absolutely pay the difference if they are confident in their work?
