Use bleach AND dawn with water. I used to own a softwash company*. Spray water on areas you don’t want affected (including ground if you don’t want to damage grass etc). The soap acts as a surfactant, and reduces surface tension and allows the bleach to contact the surface more evenly. Hope this helps!

Simple green for vinyl. We used many marine cleaners on boat seats but simple green has always been best & less harsh. Same for vinyl siding .

have you ever tried simple green? I use that on our bounce houses when we clean them. I need to do the awning in our camper too soon.

Use awesome a cleaner from a dollar general, tree and personally I would hand clean it with awesome and a magic eraser! Works great on boat canvas

Magic Eraser does wonders it took every black streak completely off my awning . Just wet the magic eraser and wipe .

there are things for this. you sprey your house and wait and spray again and all mold mildew or moss what ever will be gone. I don't remember what it's called but I saw it at the store

go to a Dollar general look for lea awesome it's yellow you can get it in a small spray bottle or you can get it in a jug and it works magic it will even take off Kool-Aid stains on your counter

BLEACH AND WATER !! Spray it on roll it up wait 30 mins. Unroll and rinse. Repeat as needed.

Open the awning fully stand on roof by yourself a bottle of Clorox toilet cleaner using the whole bottle spray the top of the awning roll it up 15 to 20 minutes you will be amazed
