Squatters have more rights than the actual owners. It’s absolutely insane. This happened to our son. We read about “cash for keys”. I told the squatters that I was hiring an attorney and they would be leaving one way or another because I would win in court OR I could give them cash and they could leave the next day. They took the $500 and left. It saved us a lot of money in attorney fees!! Best of luck to you.

He's trying to give you options about going to court but you're talking to the camera & getting frustrated, its not his fault. Police have to ask questions to put the details in their report. Also have you not checked on the house in 30 days? He said they have no rights if it's less than 30 days.
