@dr_mike40: 1. Wash Hands & Prep: Clean hands with soap. Take pen out of fridge 30 min before to reach room temp. 2. Check Pen: Ensure it’s not damaged, liquid is clear, and not expired. 3. Attach Needle: Use a new needle, remove paper tab, twist on tightly, remove both caps. 4. Prime (New Pen Only): Turn dose knob to flow check symbol, point needle up, press button until a drop appears. 5. Set Dose: Turn knob to your prescribed dose. 6. Inject: Clean skin (stomach, thigh, or upper arm). Press pen firmly against skin, hold until yellow bar stops (~10 sec). 7. Dispose: Place used needle in sharps container.
