We hand feed raccoons here in Missouri (a place called Raccoon Cove in Lee’s Summit-a suburb of KC) & they’re so gentle but if you dump food they fight over it but they’ll stand in line if hand fed. Weird but it works❤️

I just wonder. Does anybody realize what created raccoon island and this is me without any research? I’m gonna assume that the people that trapped them where they’re working for the city or what I don’t know maybe just private trappers I don’t know, but some human took them from Miami and put them on an island and left them stranded. I’m glad that humans are going over and feeding them, but this is very odd to me.😳🥰
