Simply because now a days there is something called a parabolic Mike and a long range camera so honestly if someone wants to record the police you can do so from a safe distance and catch every word they say when the body camera ain’t on

You know truthfully I believe the 1st amendment auditors are by no means exercising their rights but at the same time they are intentionally trying to get a rise out of law enforcement

Rookie cops shouldn’t have the power as cop after 3 years of experience. A rookie cop put you in jail on a heart beat, cuz they don’t know the law. N still don’t understand why ppl can record cops on an investigation. I believe they don’t want you to record “just in case” they plant drugs, abuse their power or beat up a civilian. Criminals come in two form one in uniform (cops) n the criminals. Criminals fighting against criminals. On the streets
