Born on July 18, 2004, in Bandar Lampung, he had become the main breadwinner for his parents and siblings. --- What Happened & How He Died On the evening of August 28, 2025, while delivering a food order near Bendungan Hilir, Central Jakarta, he became entangled in a chaotic labor demonstration in front of the Parliament building • During the unrest, he slipped while attempting to cross the road and was tragically run over by a Brimob (Mobile Brigade) tactical armored vehicle (a "Rimueng" or similar vehicle) . Bystanders attempted to stop the vehicle, yet it purposefully continued moving and fatally crushed him. Affan was rushed to Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM) but could not be saved and was pronounced dead. --- Who Was Responsible / Who Killed Him The vehicle was operated by members of the Brimob (Indonesian Mobile Brigade Corps), a tactical unit of the National Police . A total of seven Brimob officers involved were investigated and placed under special disciplinary detention for 20 days, pending further investigation.
