@ehsther_: Skinny tips (tips to stay lean and healthyyy) are back :) Lil reminder to never starve or severely restrict your calories because your metabolism will get slower and your body goes into “energy conservation mode,” burning fewer calories at rest. Honor your cravings, live a little. Just practice portion control :) Your body is not a trash can, you don’t need to scrape everything clean.
