My decision has been made.❤️‍🩹 Earlier this month, Seint Beauty announced they would be taking a new direction with their beloved Artist Program. On October 1st, they will be going to an affiliate only model, meaning all of our teams will be dissolved and our commission structure will be changing drastically. At first it felt like everything I have worked so hard to build over these last 5 years started crumbling down. I went through all of the emotions; anger, sadness, bitterness. After 2 weeks of taking a step back from it all and sitting in my thoughts about everything, I have made my decision on what’s next for me as a Seint Artist. I have worked way too damn hard over these last 5 years for it all to be taken away due to a decision I don’t agree with. Decisions are made in companies every day that employees don’t agree with, it’s just part of it. So for now, I am putting the decision of the company behind me and I am going to continue doing the damn thing like I have always done. I have built my dream life over these last 5 years. I left my teaching job of 10 years to get to raise my babies at home. I have made the best of friends and grown so much as a person. But, nothing compares to the love and support I have received from you all or to the thousands of women I have been able to help with not only their makeup, but their confidence. You are the reason I have shown up every day and will continue to do so. So, I’m not done yet. We’re not going anywhere. I’m still going to show up and be the BEST Seint Artist for you that I have always been. I will be here for you as long as I can. This isn’t a closed door.
