In your luteal phase your estrogen levels are (mostly) lowering and your progesterone levels are rising, whilst when you’re on the pill they both stay at constant levels. You don’t have a cycle anymore, that’s the whole point. So no luteal phase either. Signed, someone who actually went to medical school

Birth control fixed my periods. As much as i hate it i'm so grateful that at least i no longer have to bleed heavily for 8 days a month and never know when i'm gonna get my period

I’ve started the pill because my periods were insane like they hurt sm but with the pill it’s sm better. BUT I don’t wanna take it anymore bc it’s so bad for the body.

no, you literally don’t have a cycle since it keeps your hormone levels stable, so there’s no literal phase either. it simply stops ovulation
