I’m a professional goalkeeper and even from 30 yards a food free kick taker can just hit a straight ball top bin without a wall, the wall make him have to go over or around it so we have more time to get there.. a straight ball with full power give us 0 time to get there

Anything Michael Owen says is usually wrong. And he is wrong here. Teams have tried the 'no wall' option and the attacking team just make a wall to block the keeper's view making it even worse.
